The Site showcases our jewelry and lets you submit inquiries about custom designs, jewelry and watch repairs, and gold or diamond buying. We do not sell products or accept payment through the Site. All purchases, holds, appraisals, repairs, evaluations, and custom work are completed in person at our showroom at 30 W. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174, or by phone. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or an obligation on either side — it starts a conversation.

We work to keep the pieces, descriptions, and prices shown on the Site accurate and current, but everything is provided for general information only and is subject to change without notice. Prices shown are not offers; final pricing is confirmed in store. Photographs are representative — color, scale, and detail may differ slightly from the physical piece, and one-of-a-kind items may sell before the Site is updated. Availability of any piece is only guaranteed in person. Any estimate, quote, or valuation we share in response to an online inquiry — for custom work, repairs, or gold and diamond purchases — is preliminary and confirmed only after we see the piece in person.

The Site and its contents — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to The Pocket Jeweler and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may browse the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its administrative areas, or the systems that host it

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pocket Jeweler and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
